According to this, from 1999 till now Roger has won the most titles (4) without dropping serve.

ESPY Awards 2019
Well, you just did! Too much happening at the same time, I guess.
As outlined in this article, the meaning of this Award (specifically for Tennis) is being hotly debated in the social media, since not everyone seems to understand that the selection of the winner is not based on performance, as such, but is voted on by fans online. (The nominees, however, are selected by a committee: Djokovic, Nadal, Roger and Tsitsipas were on the list for Best Male Tennis Player).
Serena, Federer win ESPY awards, again!
by Cale Hammond | BASELINE
JUL 11, 2019
While Roger Federer and Serena Williams were busy dominating the competition in London, they were breaking some records of their own at the 27th ESPY Awards in Los Angeles.
Roger Federer was awarded Best Male Tennis Player for a record 9th time, while Serena Williams won Best Female Tennis Player for the 10th time in her storied career.
Somewhere Novak Djokovic is shaking his head. Federer has won the award three years running, while Djokovic has sat atop the ATP rankings for the majority of that time. It never hurts to be popular.
Serena’s ESPY victory stirred up some controversy on social media, as the 23-time Grand Slam champion has only finished two tournaments in 2019. Serena completed the Australian Open and French Open, but withdrew due to injury from Indian Wells, Miami and Rome.
Naomi Osaka nearly snagged the ESPY for best breakthrough performance, but lost to the gigantic quadriceps of New York Giant’s Offensive Rookie of the Year, Saquon Barkely.
Stefanos Tsitsipas snuck in the voting for Best Male Tennis Player. The Greek leads the ATP with 34 wins so far in 2019.

Nice. And well deserved. Roger just sets a foot on the court, and there is some record or other made, or some recognition awarded to him.

Re: Awards, Records & Stats
Do you think he could be the first player to reach 1300 wins and 110 titles?
Re: Awards, Records & Stats
After Basel 2019, Federer has become the 1st ever to win 10 titles on 2 different surfaces: 10 Halle (grass) & 10 Basel (hard)

I guess I can ask this here. A lot of talk on sites about Novak beating Rogers weeks at no1. If Novak does beat Rafa as no1 will he have more than Roger? Thank you.

Well, we know Rafa will overtake Novak for #1 soon - I believe next week. But they are still battling for YE #1. Djoker basically has to win everything since he's defending finals in both Paris and London. But even if Djoker does end the year #1, he can't overtake Roger's total until next year - I think sometime in the Spring. So, ideally, we would prefer Nadal to take YE #1 and keep Djoker out since Rafa is nowhere near Roger in the weeks at #1 category. Anyway, even if Djoker does surpass him, he won't ever take the 'Consecutive Weeks at #1' record. Roger has that alone and they'll never catch him.

The Battle for the Year-End No. 1 Ranking
Nadal is back to the No. 1 spot today, following the deduction of last-year WTF points (RN had no points to defend, while Djokovic lost a 1000 points - Final)! However, the Year-End No. 1 ranking will not be decided until next week, although Nadal is doubtful for London due to his last week injury in Paris.
Nadal is currently 640 points ahead of Djokovic, and even if he doesn't go to London, Djokovic will still have to reach the Final to seal the YE No. 1 ranking. However, if Nadal does play at the O2, Djokovic's task might be even more difficult, but not impossible, unless Nadal wins the WTF, or reaches the Final (with 3 RR wins).
Here are the details of RN potential results and what ND would need to do to pass Nadal and get back to No. 1 (considering that RN is 640 points ahead of ND at present):
NADAL + 640 points | DJOKOVIC |
0 Match Win | Final + 2 RR (800) |
1 RR (200) | Final + 3 RR (1000) -or- Win + 2 RR (1300) |
2/3 RR (400/600) | Win + 2 RR (1300) |
Final + 2 RR (800) | Win All (1500) |
------- | ------- |
Final + 3 RR (1000) - or WIN | YE No. 1 assured for RN |
Most weeks at No. 1
If Djokovic was to get back to No. 1 after London, he would need to stay at the top spot continuously until July 20 next year to tie Roger's record of 310 weeks.
Rafael Nadal is the new World No. 1 in the #ATP Rankings.

Re: Awards, Records & Stats
I read on Twitter that the ATP plans to announce the 2019 ATP Awards at the 2020 ATP Cup. How ridiculous is that??? Why didn't they just do it at the WTFs??
