About the #UBR

As everyone knows, the original RE from rf.com has been retired by RogiFan, one of its founders, as there was unfortunately, no way for her to organize it without the forum.
We have been working together with many rf.commers, with RogiFan’s approval, to create a new idea.
We now present you the official RE replacement project called #UnitedByROG.
The name speaks for itself as Rogi has united us and united we shall give back to him!
The first edition of the new project will be at Dubai, including a Final RE letter that RogiFan wrote to him. Through that letter, Rogi will be aware that the RE will be officially replaced by our new idea.

1. The #UnitedByROG or #UBR project will be designed by the courier, using the country of the tournament as inspiration for the design. The courier is free to choose the packaging but please keep it compact.

2. Details will be posted by couriers here. Once they have done so you can send your contribution, along with your name / RFcom username / country.

3. You may contribute in the three languages that Rogi understands and speaks: English/German/French. If you need help with those languages, do not hesitate to ask.

4. How can you contribute?
As Rogi is very busy during tournaments, please keep your messages short – three lines maximum. The shorter the message, the more chance he will read it.
Here are some other ideas:
- Submit a supportive hashtag that can be incorporated into a hashtag collage.
- Send in a photo, tournament-related, if desired, with a brief, supportive caption.
- Create a fun emoji message to encourage Rogi.

5. Couriers
If you are interested in being a courier, volunteer as before. For this you can write to ubrog17@gmail.com. Please add your former RF.com username and some info regarding your planned stay at the tournament. All applications will be taken into consideration by RogiFan.
For a successful delivery, it is usually better to arrive at the tournament as early as possible.

6. Once you have been successful, the courier writes up their report with a photo of the #UBR project, with or without Rogi. We leave that up to him! Sometimes it’s difficult to get to Rogi, if so we strongly recommend to give the project to one of his team, who will pass it to him. Always keep in mindt that delivery comes first, not a special moment with Rogi!

7. At the end of the year, we will create a #UBR Yearbook with all the projects delivered. Also, we will include group photos and messages from fans who cannot attend tournaments but support Rogi at home.
