Score 10-8 Europe  That was a very hard win for Roger. But I am glad he won it. I don't care much from here on, at least he won both his singles matches. It's funny how team Europe including Roger hit the floor doing push ups

 I don't care 'that' much about who wins the Cup, but I am very happy and relieved that Roger won this one. It would have been very tough for him to lose both matches today, tough for his pride, I think.  

This was a tough fight, but he rose to the occasion in a magnificent manner. I am very proud of him!

I hope Zverev wins this. I'd very much prefer Zverev to be the one to earn the final point, rather than Djokovic. Plus Djokovic seems to be unreliable and Roger looks like he wants to win this. I mean I don't even care about the result, but it'd suck for Roger if Europe lost after all the effort he put in.

I must say that whilst it is challenging for my blood pressure, I am pleased that this tournament has been more than the cake walk I had anticipated before it began, given who is in Team Europe.  

Mind you, wait a minute. I just remembered the ** ahem** ( clears throat ) " fun".  Who the Dickens does Roger jolly well think he is, heh ???  Giving poor John hope, stringing him along (the shanks were deliberate, I'm sure )
My game plan did NOT involve such shenanigans.  I blame Bjorn Borg for being too lenient with Roger, and basically doing little more than standing around looking at him and hugging him every so often. Pppfffttttt!

Well, I suppose I must let Roger off the hook.  He put up another thriller, and if I had been sitting any closer to the edge of the seat, I would have been on the carpet.  This is the thanks I get for sharing my deep, deep training wisdom with Roger.

All that aside, one thing is for sure.  Roger is the Bobby Dazzler of Bobby Dazzlers. Let the others watch and learn, if they can.  And actually, they can't. For he is incomparable after all. And that smile ......

Europe won! Zverev did it, although I was concerned that he wouldn't come through. But he did, and I am glad. I certainly hope that I can see Roger's match on YouTube, as it sounds exciting, what with his saying that he isn't sure that he wanted it that exciting.
