Replay on Prime Video (Amazon)

Hi to all,
Very happy that Team Europe won again! If any of you had missed the matches today, go to get Prime Video from Amazon, they are replaying the Day 3 matches. I got a 30 day free trial. It's the Double match with Sasha vs Isner and Sock. Though they lost but I think they were a better team than with Novak. Then, Roger's epic win over Isner would be right after.
Federerland is happy again!!

Yeah!!!!!
I think he said that because the match against Isner was very close and very tough and frustrating, Roger hard to work hard to get the win and the crowd was exploding with loud roars every time Isner won a point or hit an ace which was often. Roger with his nerves of steel was able to finally find a way to win in the TB which was up and down. So I think that's what he had in mind, too much excitement.

This...we have seen scenarios such as this quite a few times. Many times the victory is brilliant, swift, and it seems to come with ease--it only "seems", though--but we have seen this Roger, this kind of play, always intense, not giving up, and coming back miraculously but because of his daring, bravery, courage and fighting spirit. It is astounding to see: other players can really fight, and they always talk about Nadal as the "fighter" but his fighting is different. Roger fights with heart, and not grim determination. It is an amazing and wonderful sight, but of course I prefer it when he fights with one hand behind his back and without seeming to overdo things.federerworshipper wrote:5-3 Isner no chance for Roger .. came back it's 6-6 2 match points saved ..
WHOOOOOOOOOOO 7-6 Roger
AND .. ROGER WINS THE TB 8-6 Unbelievable. Come on baby, do well in the TB now. WIIIIIIIIIIIIINNNNNNNNNNNNN ITTTT, I am desparate now, because Roger has been bitterly fighting for hours ... Roger took a bathroom break and he's back now ..
I told myself that this tournament or event if they lost was not that important. But as someone else said, I want Roger to win and he lifts my spirits or I get despondent if he doesn't.
So now I can look forward to YouTube version, although I do prefer the bigger screen. I am glad that many of you could watch it...there is power in those eyes....

I stayed home since Friday and watched all the matches, that's 11 matches in 3 days.I am exhausted but happy and contented. Zverev secured the win and relieved us from watching the boring Djoker again. Such a great event. It was a festival of high class tennis.
CONGRATS. ROGER and thank you CROMAR for giving us all the beautiful pictures, tweets and clips over here.

Tennis Channel was showing it in the US, according to their and LC websites, plus many other TV stations around the world, in addition to Prime Video.

Re: Laver Cup 2018, Chicago - Sep 21-23, 2018
I found the doubles very informative. The Djokovic return which is lethal in singles simply isn't good enough for doubles because what he has is a one dimensional play. He gets his returns deep in the middle of the court. In doubles, you cannot do that because the guy at the net will finish the point off. So you need versatility in your returns and get the angles and Djokovic simply couldn't get them. Roger was actually returning the serve better than Djokovic. Also at the net, Djokovic is basically crap. But even Roger struggles at the net when he is just standing there and reacting. If he is moving forward and hitting volleys, he is a lot better versus standing and reacting. Yet when they tried to target Roger at the net, they lost the first set before recognizing that they needed to target his partner (both doubles matches).
