Flags...fluttering, and and church bells, with deep and solemn tones....and the thwack of a well struck tennis ball.....early twilight transforming the world into a soft and magically tender and beautiful place...and the sight of Roger Federer gliding on the court.....then leaping into action, all light and motion....these are some of my favorite things!

I am filled with joy and pride when I see the Laver Cup photos. Roger the Tennis Ambassador supreme- side by side with his rival but also with the young ones who are struggling right now. And then, Roger with the great legends of Tennis- Laver, Borg, McEnroe. In a fractured world it warms my heart to see the elevation of a true love for the sport above everything else. I wish Roger could spread his brand of authenticity and warmth to the rest of the world.

Shows TSN2 all three days.
However Tom Tebbutt suggests it might be on TSN1 on Friday???
LAVER CUP - Canadian TV: TSN has coverage on all three days. Friday @ 7 am and 1 pm on TSN1. Saturday @ 7 am and 1 pm on TSN2. Sunday @ 6 am TSN2.

Regardless, coverage should be available. Also prime if you have it, and TVA for French coverage.

Yes, that's nirvana... A full three days of Roger!
Hope I'll be able to take a few pictures and find a good Wifi to connect and do some posting while in Geneva. Take good care of the Forum, guys (and girls!) and enjoy the fun. See you soon!
That's great Cromar!!! So happy for you!! Enjoy!

It worked very well, the doubles, with Roger and Zverev. There was a little learning pain, and I had been somewhat concerned about him as a partner, but with Roger on the court, it worked; and they had to face up to quite a bit!
Bravo, all Team Europe fans, and to all who greeted Roger and the others with such enthusiasm and warmth. And the same for Team World, who also were watched keenly and applauded.
I really really like this format, for the Laver Cup. It is one of the best features, special features, of the ATP!!!

What a wonderful day with Roger and his Laver Cup, and Team Europe ended it on top 3-1. In spite of the stiff competition, love and camaraderie is everywhere, amazing atmosphere. Roger had given the tennis world an event that is la creme de la creme of all events. Thrilled to see him happy and proud grinning and winning . How lucky are we to have two more days of this.

Thank you for the pictures, a nice overview of a large sporting hall loaded with supportive fans and joy, and yes, a sense beyond that of a regular tournament. And the team aspect really comes across here, and means a lot to the players. An ideal setting for team play and a wonderful addition to the special events lineup, with the extra meaning of honoring the tennis pioneers and those who later carried on the torch for more say, etc. for the players.
I liked the camera work, as it provided a good overview, if a little foreshortened, of the game. One could clearly see the play and point construction here. I remember one Wimbledon match when almost all the time the camera was focused tightly on the court, and it diminished the whole effect.
Also, one sees more of Roger, close at hand, and the other players, which makes a difference, a more intimate experience than a tight matchplay, even if gets tight on the court.
