In the article I posted in the RF News, the ATP stated that:

"Winners for the 2017 ATP World Tour Awards Presented by Moët & Chandon will be announced ahead of the Nitto ATP Finals."

The voting ends on Nov. 6, so we can expect the results to be published thereafter. The Awards are usually presented at the O2 during the Finals.
