I don't know what's more amusing.  My ineptitude when it comes to all things tweet or Tsitsipas' comments about his parents.  I'm going for Tsitsipas and for anyone looking for more comical remarks, keep reading his tweets.

Thank you Cromar for always looking out for me.  I appreciate it more than you know.   I will get the embed-twit protocol down ... eventually.   Very Happy

Serena Williams is apparently 20 weeks pregnant. Wow. That means she won the Australian Open while pregnant. I wonder if that's a first? And I guess that says something about the state of the women's game. A 35 year old pregnant woman won a major.

So, she posted this pic on social media and under it wrote "20 weeks" and then later deleted it.  Is it true?

An interesting article from Clarey on Azarenka and her upcoming return to the tour...

It was not an easy decision, but after careful thought and consideration with my team and doctors, we decided that doing it and fixing this problem now would help extend and enhance my career for many years to come. Thanks for your loyal support and I promise (2/3)

Djokovic has parted company with much of his entourage/coaching staff and will go solo for awhile.

The rather lengthy release on his website includes statements by Djokovic, Vajda, Gritsch and Amanovic.

http://novakdjokovic.com/en/news/media/i-want-to-find-the-winning-spark-on-the-court-again/

First paragraph

Serbian tennis player Novak Djokovic mutually agreed with his coach Marian Vajda, fitness coach Gebhard Phil Gritsch, and physiotherapist Miljan Amanovic to end their successful and long term partnership after Masters tournament in Monte Carlo.

^^^ Doesn't sound like he got rid of that "guru" guy - Pepe Imaz. So, we'll see if this makes any difference.

Pretty drastic measures, but not totally surprised. The lifestyle Djokovic imposed on himself during his heydays was not sustainable and the best way to recover from burnout is to clear the deck and start over with a new approach and fresh look at life.

Although I am by no means a fan of him, I hope he finds what he is looking for.

Just catching up with the news. Can't see how changing almost his entire team will help Djokovic.

I don't think Djokovic enjoys playing tennis anymore, but maybe just hasn't admitted it to himself yet. He just looks totally lost...

Marianne Bevis is in Madrid and wrote about Djokovic's pre-tournament presser.  Needless to say, most is about his latest "news" re team etc.

http://www.thesportreview.com/tsr/2017/05/novak-djokovic-latest-news-madrid-masters-2017/

Title:  Novak Djokovic talks new beginnings in Madrid: ‘Difficult paths lead to beautiful destinations’

(His brother and management is with him.  He also confirms that Imaz is still part of the team and is present in Madrid, - although whether he is there with only Novak or with other students is unclear to me upon reading other sources)

Djokovic will be working at the French Open with Andre Agassi...

I'm quite surprised to see Agassi willing to help Novak but honestly said I can't see them working together fulltime as Andre seems to enjoy his life in Las Vegas with his family.

And not everytime it pays off for a player to work with a big name.

Well, we will see what happens...
