ph∞be dear, thank you. I am ok, as well as my family and friends. Still home, because - as you know - nothing is under control here in Brasil, with this terrible government. I will send you a pm, a bit later, we are so off-topic here. But thank you so much, dear friend.

Hi witchie, thank you! You know, living in Brazil with this government that denies de coronavirus, I am home since March, a very strange situation. But sometimes I pass by here to read you. 12 years ago?... Time surely flies! What a memorable day!

12 years ago today, @rogerfederer and @stanwawrinka beat Simon Aspelin and Thomas Johansson to win gold in the men's doubles at Beijing 2008! pic.twitter.com/3b58wH4yXE
The victory was sooo sweet, and emotional!
Fedrinka beat the No 1 team on their way to the top of the podium...
Can't believe it's gold!
What a day it has been...
We shall never forget!

Their game was amazing, with something like "synchorized swimming" features! Such great moves on the court and wonderful strategy. A very satisfying win. And their excitement at winning the gold was so enthusiastic!

Roger is getting ready for 2021!
From Brian @camerlengo73_2 (3 days ago) - a reliable source for local news about Roger:
- Hearing that Roger is in intensive build up phase for 2021 season, working on to be 100% fit for the AO (2017 memories!)
- Probability of Uniqlo releasing items with the logo on it is very high... that‘s it folks!

Re: RF Tennis News 2020
Very good news, Cromar! I know Roger is always in touch with reality, and I look forward to seeing him once again.
Despite ND's absence from the USO, and the fact that there will be a new champion, it is not that exciting. Some matches have been exciting, and among the women's matches too, but the atmosphere also contributes to a bit of a lacklustre event!
I didn't think Shapovalov would prevail against Carreno Busta, but he played well. Don't think the physical stamina and the pacing are quite there yet. He is fuelled by his enthusiasm and instinctive play a lot of the time, and is in better control of his body but i think he put himself out of contention by coming on full force early on, since it is a five set mach potentially.
The only thing that would have made the even have that nimbus of greatness would have been Roger being there.
P.S. Djokovic tried to argue his case, but he didn't really have one, except his ranking and status. He has been tempting some kind of sanction for a while, I think.

Another treat! An extended chat (39:22!) with Roger and Stefan Edberg, initiated by Wilson, reminiscing about the Pro Staff, and more...
Mirka is not too keen on Roger's racquet collection and SABR 2.0 is on its way! (@24:55)
Zooming with Roger Federer and Stefan Edberg
Wilson Tennis - Oct 1, 2020:
In September 2020, we had the privilege of catching up with the two living legends, Roger Federer and Stefan Edberg, to get their thoughts on all things Pro Staff; past, present, and future. We had a lot of laughs as the guys talked equipment, tactics, and shared some really great stories, including how Roger came up with the idea for the SABR (sneak attack by Roger) and how Stefan won his first pro title with just 3 prototype rackets in his bag. Check out the video for these stories and more!

Great to see Roger near a tennis court again!
Especially with such rich fall colors as background...

Great morning watching practicing Roger...???????????? 24 Oct 2020
Note: This club has hard surface outdoor courts as well (on the right), so Roger wasn't practicing on clay, as the picture might imply!

Roger Federer was sighted practicing in Switzerland last Saturday (at another club), indoors on similar surface as the AO! That‘s it! Nice day! #federer
